Who sets pay
Pay is set by the provider, not by MEDIA ONE NETWORK LTD. In the current article, Outlier says contributors are paid weekly and that earnings depend on the hours worked that week. It does not publish one rate for every project, and pay varies by project and country. Those are the provider's own statements, and the provider can change them.
What we cannot tell you
